Make minimal, graduated framework tweaks with experiment tracking

Log framework observations to tasks for continuous improvement

Pull a task from queue, claim it (mark active), and mark complete when done

Quick-queue a task for later without hydration overhead

Enter collaborative mode for a task (human-led execution)
