# Titanium Toolkit

> AI-powered development orchestration system for Claude Code

## What Is Titanium Toolkit?

Titanium Toolkit is a Claude Code plugin that enables **orchestrated AI development** through:

- **17 Specialized Agents** - Each with deep domain expertise via skills
- **10 Comprehensive Skills** - 9,500+ lines of best practices and patterns
- **BMAD Methodology** - Complete project planning (Brief → PRD → Architecture → Epics)

- **Pieces Integration** - Context recovery with `/catchup`

**Orchestration Model**: You (Claude) don't write code or documents directly. Instead, you delegate to specialized subagents who work in separate context windows with access to relevant skills and MCP tools.

## Prerequisites

### Required Software

- **Claude Code** 2.0.14 or later
- **Python** 3.11 or later
- **uv** (Python package manager) - [Install uv](https://docs.astral.sh/uv/)
- **Node.js** 20 or later (for MCP servers)

### Required API Keys

Create `~/.env` with:

## Installation

### 1. Add Marketplace

### 2. Install Plugin

### 3. Restart Claude Code

Close and reopen Claude Code to activate the plugin.

### 4. Verify Installation

## Setup

### Environment Configuration

1. **Create ~/.env file** (if it doesn't exist):
   ```bash
   touch ~/.env
   chmod 600 ~/.env
   ```

2. **Add required API key**:
   ```bash

3. **Add optional keys** (for voice features):

4. **Restart Claude Code** to load environment variables.

## Quick Start

### Understanding the Orchestration Model

**Read this first**: `/titanium:orchestration-guide`

Titanium Toolkit works through **orchestration**:
- **You (Claude)** = Orchestrator - coordinates work, doesn't do it
- **Subagents** = Specialists - perform tasks in separate context windows
- **Skills** = Domain knowledge - provide expertise to subagents
- **MCP Tools** = Shared utilities - used by subagents

### Your First BMAD Workflow (Planning)

Generate complete project documentation from an idea:

## Troubleshooting

### tt MCP Server Not Loading

**Symptom**: `/mcp` doesn't show `plugin:titanium-toolkit:tt`

**Fix**:
1. Verify plugin installed: `/plugin`
2. Restart Claude Code
3. Check logs: `claude --debug`
4. Reinstall plugin if needed

### BMAD Commands Fail with API Key Error

**Symptom**: "ANTHROPIC_API_KEY not found"

**Fix**:

# Restart Claude Code

### Documents Get Truncated

**Symptom**: PRD or Architecture cuts off mid-section

**Fix**: Already fixed in v2.1.3 with 16000 token limits. Update plugin.

### Subagents Don't Use Skills

**Symptom**: Subagents generate generic content

**Fix**: Skills are model-invoked automatically. Ensure:
- Agent frontmatter lists correct skills
- Skill files named `SKILL.md` (uppercase)
- Skills exist in `plugins/titanium-toolkit/skills/`

### Voice Announcements Not Working

**Symptom**: No audio feedback

**Fix**:
1. Check API keys in `~/.env`
2. Verify `uv` installed: `which uv`
3. Test fallback: `say "test"` (macOS)
4. Voice is optional - workflows work without it

### /catchup Returns No Results

**Symptom**: Pieces LTM empty

**Fix**:
1. Verify Pieces OS running: `ps aux | grep Pieces`
2. Enable LTM in Pieces Desktop settings
3. Install Pieces CLI: `pip3 install --upgrade pieces-cli`
4. Verify Pieces MCP: `/mcp` should show Pieces

## Advanced Configuration

### Customize Voice Settings

Voice hooks are in the plugin's `hooks/` directory. After plugin updates, customization requires editing installed plugin files (not recommended - will be overwritten on updates).

Default voice: ElevenLabs "Sarah"
Change in: `hooks/utils/tts/elevenlabs_tts.py`

### Add Custom Agents
